New, multifunctional, heavy-duty, inclined, 2-deck mobile screening machine. Suitable for stacking, 3-way classification, and pre- or post-crusher classification.

The screen box accepts a wide range of screening materials and both feeder types (belt/chain), making the machine extremely versatile, including: processing topsoil, recycling, demolition waste, sand, gravel and aggregates.

The GI5000R machine is designed to accommodate feed sizes up to 800mm and handle capacities up to 400 TPH depending on the application.

Features of the machine:

• Low profile feed hopper with rear door allowing direct feeding from the GI CRUSHER machine.
• New variable speed screen cabinet measuring 4.00 mx 1.4 m.
• Imposing conveyor discharge heights.
• Low fuel consumption.
