GI3500R

Designed as a compact machine within the GI SCREEN product line, its main features include easy transportability and the ability to operate in confined spaces. It is a multifunctional, heavy-duty, tilted-design, double-deck mobile screening machine. It is suitable for stockpiling, three-way screening, and screening before or after crushers.

The screening machine can handle a wide variety of materials, making it extremely versatile for applications such as the processing of topsoil, recycled materials, demolition waste, sand, gravel, and additives.

The GI3500R PLUS machine is designed to handle feed sizes of up to 500 mm and, depending on the application, can handle a capacity of up to 300 TPH.

Features of the machine:

• Low-profile feed hopper with a rear door, allowing for direct feeding from the GI CRUSHER machine.
• New screen cabinet, dimensions: 2.75 m x 1.2 m.
• Imposing conveyor discharge heights.
• Low fuel consumption.
