New, multifunctional, heavy-duty, inclined-design, double-deck mobile screening machine. Suitable for stockpiling, three-way screening, and screening before or after crushers.

The screening machine is compatible with a wide range of screening media and both types of feeders (belt and chain), making it extremely versatile for applications such as the processing of topsoil, recycled materials, demolition waste, sand, gravel, and additives.

The GI5000R machine is designed to accommodate feed sizes of up to 800 mm and, depending on the application, handle a capacity of up to 400 TPH.

Features of the machine:

• Low-profile feed hopper with a rear door, allowing for direct feeding from the GI CRUSHER machine.
• New variable-speed screen box, dimensions: 4.00 m x 1.4 m.
• Imposing conveyor discharge heights.
• Low fuel consumption.
