GI3500R

The GI SCREEN product family was created as a compact machine, its main features being easy transportability and the ability to operate in small areas. It is a multifunctional, heavy-duty, tilted, 2-deck mobile screening machine. It is suitable for stacking, 3-way classification, and classification before or after crushing machines.

The screening cabinet accepts a wide range of screening materials, making the machine extremely versatile for use in applications including: processing of agricultural land, recycling, demolition waste, sand, gravel, and additives.

The GI3500R PLUS machine is designed to accept feed sizes up to 500 mm and handle capacities up to 300 TPH, depending on the application.

Features of the machine:

• Low-profile feed hopper with rear door, allowing direct feeding from the GI CRUSHER machine.
• New screen cabinet, dimensions: 2.75 m x 1.2 m.
• Imposing conveyor discharge heights.
• Low fuel consumption.
